I am both a fully accredited therapist and supervisor in private practice in a purpose built premises with parking and toilet facilities. The C4 and L59bus stop is a 5 min walk in either direction. I work with individuals from age 12 and couples. I offer a flexible range of appointment times and I also facilitate online therapy particularly during our current restrictions. Therapy is an opportunity to enhance the quality of your life. It is a space to explore what feels like a barrier to your best life. It is a collaborative experience where hopefully you are reminded of how you make the choices to direct your life while feeling supported.
I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2006. I have specialist training in bereavement and loss, Cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, couples work, working with special needs and sexuality issues and more. It is a confidential setting that allows you take the time to examine and process issues that need your attention.
Deciding to explore the value of therapy can feel daunting. I am there to journey with you in a space that is respectful, confidential and non- judgemental. Therapy is a process and in order for it to be successful, the relationship between client and therapist is key.
